For your consideration a vintage c.1926 lamp. The lamp is made of a plaster type material and has a wood base. The ruby colored jewels on the front are made of glass. The cord has been replaced with a newer one and it looks like the paint on the woman has been repainted. It lights up and works fine. It measures 16" in height. The lamp is of brass and it retains its original dark bronze patinated finish. There is no Benson workshop mark as such but there is what looks like the craftsman’s initials‘JB’ marked secretly under one foot. see photos) Please see images below. Antique swivelling and rotating wall or bed light or table lamp in working condition. Made from brown mottled Bakelite. With a sprung metal clip on the back to attach it to a bed head or wall. It will pull out to approx. 2.5 cm. The clip rotates all the way around so the light can be moved to any position. The light swivels and can be adjusted with a wing nut. On and off switch. The fitting is in very good condition for its age with just some chipping to the safety ring. Caused by the heat of the light bulb. The electric light has not been tested and i t should be checked by a professional if you have any intention of using the light. The circular base is 5.75" 14.5 cm in diameter. This stylish Art Deco lamp is a total of 18 ½ inches high. The base is 5 inches diameter and had a steel weighted base. The barley twist Colum is a fraction 13 inches high including the Bakelite shade holder. The height of the shade is a little less than 6 inches high. Overall it benefits from being in good condition with a small chip to the shade. It is on the actual rim so it is hidden in the shade holder, all the chrome is in good order. VINTAGE MID CENTURY DANISH MODERN ATOMIC TABLE LAMP RETRO WITH BASE LIGHT This Danish Modern lamp is bubbling with character and drama. To begin with the milk-glass globe has reflective gold spears pointed all around the lighted base, and is in fantastic condition. The vase-like glass globe is seated on a shinny brass base. Above the glass globe vase is a long neck(very Danish looking) that is walnut wood finish. The drama begins when you turn the lower light on in the glass globe. It gives a nice warm glow through the spears on the glass globe. Turn the switch again and you have both lights on or you can choose to have either light on by itself. The lamp rests on a brushed brass metal base. And has a 3-way switch. The cord has a non-polarizing plug, so I am thinking it was manufactured prior to 1962. Vintage Rand McNally Nova Rico light-up desk globe on stand copyright 1982. Made prior to the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. The globe itself is 12" diameter and overall the height of the piece is 17" The base is shiny molded black plastic and the globe is held in place with a clear plstic piece with degrees marked on it. The cord is in good condition and there is an on/off toggle on the cord. There is a little peeling and loss to the graphics at the North Pole- most of it is hidden by a silver metal cap on the top. Also, the globe is made in two halves and joined at the equater- at that equator line there is some minor chipping to the plastic. You could always get some very narrow black detailing tape and join the Northern and Southern Hemisphere on the line if it bothers you. With a soft pink glass base. Then a Bakelite stem that is a brownish in color/ then a glass hobnail ball that is also a pink/ reddish in color with some brass with some brass accents. I would guess this is from around the late 30's or 40's. Rare hard to find very old Eiffel Tower lamp. It appears handmade, with the metal tower, someone has 2 large metal discs it still has the bullet shape light bulb, very old satin lampshade, with fringe, it appears handmade, tucks at top, and some need to re reglued, tear in around the same area the tower measures over 13" tall, not counting discs, almost 9" counting fringe, I will take better pictures, it ornate in a lot of places. Will need to be rewired, for sure, someone has added onto the cord even. The metal bottom measures approx from below first disc to end of leg approx 13" tall, the shade counting fringe approx 9" I have decided it probably needs decorative tie or trim around where it is gathered. this is a stunning vintage hand carved ornate solid marble electric table lamp. it is very heavy and exquisitely carved with a wrapping. Very dimensional rose/floral motif. the marble is an off white with nice veining. sits on a heavy square base and decorative shaft.it has a nice black shade with gold trim and topped with a solid brass finial. works great and measures 23 3/4 by 13 inches. there is very minimal damage.
