The paper wasn't jamming but the machine would stop and give a paper jam error message. Normally restarting the print would work. A few days ago a piece that appears to be a roller for print head fell out. The black piece in the 3rd picture is what I'm calling a roller and the 2nd picture shows the current error message. It is missing it's wire catches along the frame and is parallel interface only; no USB. There are cartridges installed but I believe they are mostly empty save the black which reads as full. The cartridges and ink nozzles/ print heads condition is not known nor is the total page count. We tried using a different roll of paper than that specified and could not get it to print anything. There is a network card installed but it is not tested either.
