This item is in working condition per testing done as described: The unit heats up as designed. Took approx 15-18 minutes to reach 275deg. The temp control works as designed to control temp. Unit was tested with green print on white cardstock with the results as pictured. Foil roll stock advanced when lever was actuated. That was the extent testing completed. The unit has some marks and wear indications to be expected for this type item. All of the parts rotate and move smoothly. There do not appear to be any cracks or other major damage. The wood roll dowel on front does have a small split. I believe that the foil roll holder is designed to work with Howard brand foil rolls(1/2" shaft) and comes with spacers ... moreand end clips for different lengths. Nice Kensol 52T 5 ton Auto Hot Stamping Machine
This is a very nice and excellent operating 5 ton hot stamp machine. 1000 watts. Plenty of power for the large 10-1/8" x 13-1/8" mounting plate. The table is 1" thick, 18" x 18" Hot stamp plates are mounted by toggle hooks from Sterling Toggle, included. The holes on the mount for the toggles are drilled for specific size plates we used but you can have more drilled if you want. The foil advances automatically after each press and can put different colors and several rolls on at once. You can set the foil tension from pressure of the springs on the round bars. The foil advancement is set via digital timers. There are 2 feed motors. The 2 hand switches have to be pushed at the same time to press for safety purposes. This is a very nice machine and very fast if you want production on multi color foils at once. Included ... more9 rolls of Infinity silver rolls 8-1/4" long. This machine probably weighs 300-400 lbs. This is a Kingsley hot gold foil stamping machine. From what information I've found this is one of the first models made. Also known as model M. WW2 era. Features 1 line printing about 3 inches long. This machine would have been great for bible imprinting. Cloth cord and does heat up when plugged in. Comes with red dust cover and in mint condition, machine itself appears to be in excellent shape as well. Comes with everything seen in pictures but does not have any letters with it.
