It has 8 loops for effects and 2 loops for foot switch functions which enable you to switch channels on amps and bring effects in and out of the signal path easily and without having to step on several pedals. It can be controlled by any MIDI control pedal or device( ie. sequencer)This is an invaluable tool for setting up pro guitar racks.
