This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches. The function buttons and connections are in good condition. We connected a volt meter to the item and tested various voltages. The volt meter would state around 4 volts lower than what the gauge stated on the item. We believe this item will need to be calibrated properly. We were able to use all the function buttons properly. We are only able to draw 30 amps with our load, but this supply gave that with no difficulty.
