This is a vintage Cenco Central Scientific Co Laboratory Transformer 80295-C Power Supply. It provides fixed voltages of 6. 12, 18 and 24 volts and variable voltages of 0-6, 6-12, 12-18 and 18-24 volts. It is in very good condition. The case and terminals show minor wear. The power cord has hardened and the outside insulation has cracked and even though the internal insulation is intact it should be replaced for safety reasons. I tested it and checked all voltages. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, as shown in the photos above, and it responds to the buttons. The voltage is adjustable to 200VDC, and when I pressed the run button, the voltage slowly increased, but as it neared 200VDC, it displayed an error(E 1) which I assume is because I did not have a load hooked up to it. I hooked a 90VDC motor up to it, and it did power the motor just fine, but I could only test it up to 90VDC. However, this is the extent of my of this supply, and it is being sold as-is.
