The metal cabinet measures 8" x 4 1/4" x 5 1/2(not including knobs) I was able to power up the unit and adjust the voltage(see first photo) No other tests were performed. The power cord has cracks in the outer cover. The cabinet is dirty and will need to be cleaned. I do not have a manual for the set. There is a small burn mark on the plastic cover of the meter.
