This is a nifty but slightly large power divider made by Narda. One of the premier microwave suppliers to the government and numerous commercial companies. Model number is 4426-2. As you see on the label, it is designed to operate from 500 MHz to 18 GHz and typical of Narda components, will likely go further up the spectrum. It appears to be new though there are a few minor dings in the paint.
