RLC Electronics Directional Coupler M-3341 9008417-2
Haven't tested it but it does for sure have a couple small issues. 1. One of the sma type connectors on the top is a little damaged. Probable could still connect right to it though. 2. There is an adapter connected on the side and when I tried to remove the adapter. The connector broke. You can see it in the photos. So it probably need a new chassis mount connect or whatever it is using.
