These climbing spikes are a shiny chrome plated steel and appear never used with virtually not a scratch on them. All the holes in the straps do not appear ever used either. The spikes are well used and in good condition. all the leather is very good, see pics. the calf belts are usable but should be replaced, any narrow belts will do the trick though. the belt is 46' long and should work for a waist of up to 36' If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask. Really nice set of all collectable tools that all work. No issues, nothing broken or bent and the Leather Bag is in awesome shape. The leather is extra heavy duty, looks like 10oz size leather. It's stamped 5118 C J2. Both the Orange handle needle nose and long arm cutters are Pittsburg. The Crimpers are not marked but im sure these are USA. The Wire Cutters Pliers are Benard Schollhorn. These are the parallel opening jaws that have the wire grove on each jaw.The big Aligator pliers, the ones you see every electrician carry are marked and these too are in very good shape. The Wire cutters that are angle cut diangle are very clean, also marked USA and are for cutting wire leaving a certian size, very handy. The spool is a Klein 27400 and it's for pulling wire. Bashlin model 88 full floating linemans climbing belt size D-21 This is the top of the line safety belt that Bashlin makes. It is in good shape. And has no rips, cuts or major flaws. I would say it is not fully broken in yet, and has many years of work left in it. I bought this back when I was contracting. And now work in house and have no use for it. It has just been sitting in the basement in storage for the last few years. It does have a basement smell to it, but it nothing a couple of days of work in the fresh air won't take care of. I also have a pole strap. That is not pictured, that I will throw in with the belt.

This package has a retail value of $556.00. I don't know much about Lineman equipment- actually nothing- but I picked this up at a moving sale of a lineman who had to sell it because it was too big for him. He just wore it a couple of times. I can say cosmetically it is all in excellent condition! The only thing I noticed is that one of the warning labels on the float body belt is cracked which obviously doesn't affect the usage. Please look at the pictures carefully to see the condition. I do ... morethink you will be pleased! This looks so much nicer than the ones that have sold on Ebay and include more! First you get a Full Float Body Belt model 2000M. According to the company's site. This is the finest belt available and is hand crafted of the highest quality leather. It features a full float body belt with a 5 1/2" foam cushioned pad reinforced with rawhide lace. The belt strap is leather with a nylon center to provide strength and longer life. The floating dees provide 4" lateral movement to reduce the wear on the pole strap" This retails for $434.00 The size is 23. Whatever that means. I measured with it put on the first, loosest, hole and it measures about 41" and gets smaller from there to the tightest hole about 7" less. These measurements are approximate. Bashlin climbing belt(tagged"size D23/ Code J" See photo 5) and the holes correspond to waist 38-46" with a removable Bashlin leather tool pouch; a wide green"tested Buhrke" adjustable fabric pole strap 1-3/4" x about 80" w/o buckles(buckles are coded"3040C Fe tested" a large canvas hanging bag; and a single piece hook and pair of 2" rings. I only wiped it all down to get the dust off. I expect you will clean and oil(or whatever you feel necessary) to make this all like you prefer. Here is a Bashlin Industries lineman's climbing belt. This belt is a size D24 and the model is 160N. This belt is used and has been in storage for a while. This belt does show wear but still very useable. I would recommend giving the belt a good cleaning as it was in storage for a while. This belt sells new for about $275.
