Klein Buhrke Lineman Tree Pole Climbing Belt 5268 & Strap 5295 IOB
Up for Auction is this Klein Buhrke Lineman Belt& Strap with their original boxes. Both pieces are used and dated 10-1972 and are in great condition. Belt Model is 5268N and is marked size 18. It also has a tool holder marked 5112. The only flaw I see on belt is a small rivet popped on a clip for holding an extra tool(shown in last picture) which does not affect the structural integrity of the belt. Leather is in great condition. Strap Model is KL-5295 and is in great condition, appears to have some white spots on it(probably paint) Both items have been stored in their original boxes. I am offering my older Miller"Back Saver" belt. It has full floating D rings and 4 loops for holding other tools. One 4 pouch tool holder with knife snap holder. One leather ditty bag and a tape holding strap. Pouches are held on by screw type rivets so they can be easily switched around. All leather is in good shape. All rivets. Stitching and material is as it should be, with the exception of cracks to the interior lower buckle and tongue where they meet the leather of the belt. This is the lower belt that is buckled loosely, not a weight bearing or support belt. These can be seen in pictures#7& 8. For auction is a Bashlin Pole Climbers leather belt with additional leather tool pouch. I feel this is pretty good condition althought it has no doubt been used. These spikes are very old and well used. I would think the leather might need to be replaced if you really were going to climb anything and feel safe. They look to be adjustable and the spikes are quite sharp. Just can't imagine using these! Guess it could be fun.

Vintage Geo. Lawrence pole climber`s utility belt up for your consideration. This is a heavy duty belt weighing over 5 lbs and a waistband 7' wide. It looks to have copper rivets although I`m not sure of that and the leather is actually in good condition but could stand a conditioning to soften it up. I purchased this in July 1991 to use for some ham antenna tower work, used it once or twice after that, and last used it in July 2001 when I removed the antennas prior to my retirement move south. My climbing days are over, so it is for sale. The included instruction manual says it will adjust up to a 46" waist and the lanyard is listed as having a 9,800 lb test. Fortunately, I never tried to test that myself, but I can tell you that I did feel secure wearing it at the top of my tower.
