On the front of this jar is. MASON'S(hero cross) PATENT NOV 30th 1858. On the bottom is, PAT NOV 26 67 475. It is a quart, Mason shoulder seal, has a ground lip, the color is a very light purple, lavender almost, I had the hardest time getting it to show up in the pictures, the pictures don't do it justice. There is a flaw on the side next to the M in Mason, see picture 11. This is a used canning jar so it will have some light scratches from use. There are some flea bites on the inside lip. Modolo QT Stem Grey Matte Black 13cm 13cm 26.0mm clamp 1990's Cool NOS
Modolo QT stem from the early 1990's we believe. The clamp diameter is 26.0. These stems are very sharp looking and are great for top level builds. These stems came to us bagged(not boxed) While all are NOS. You may find minor shopwear if you look close as you can with most even NOS items, but your stem should look great! These stems have the cool M on the front. They have a rubber plug"expander cover" that is all black. The stem is what we call grey. Which is still pretty blackish though a bit matte in finish. Note that Modolo had a number of stems that looked like this and some were recalled- this stem is post-recall. This design is still probably less robust than other designs. But for most users- especially on only moderately ridden show bikes, it should be fine. Note that we have a few of these stems- the one you receive ... morewill be very similar but not necessarily the exact one shown in the photo. Most black stems have some minor marks on them from being in their package- but any stems with notable blems are sold under a different listing- the one you get will be gorgeous! This is a vintage Scandia Dutch Oven with lid by West Bend. This pot holds 6.5 quarts(26 cups) and shows very little wear.
