We have had it hooked up to the tractor and it seems to run and operate as it should. Looks like a pretty decent straight old digger. Paint is still pretty fair. Auger looks real good. danuser hydraulic post hole digger 8800-1 for 3 point hitch tractor
Just in from a estate a Danuser post hole digger. This was bought years ago? Past older man dug holes to put up a fence for goats then set this in a open shed. There are extended mount studs welded on. There is rust from sitting at joints. The one hose fitting is rusted solid(needs replacement) that you would unplug from each other to plug into your tractor. Some lines the covers are cracking and have rust on them. The lever to run the hydraulics still moves in and out. I do not have a way of testing this so the starting price is a reflection of it being sold in as is condition for parts or to repair.
