I have for auction a good condition Tektronix SG503 Leveled Sign Wave Generator(SN: B063951) As you can see by the pictures not only is it working but it is very accurate. Pictures are of both frequency and amplitude(Picture 8 shows the amplitude at X.1) I have tested this to the best of my ability and believe it to be in great working condition. The pull tab is missing(as are a lot of these) The plastic bezel has pieces missing(see photos) There is nothing else I am aware of that is missing or wrong. Tektronix SG 505 (option 2) ULTRA LOW DISTORTION OSCILLATOR
The SG505 generates an ultra-low distortion sine wave from 10 Hz to 100 kHz. Distortion from 20 Hz to 20 kHz is less than.0008% 102dB) THD. This one is fitted with option 02 that changes the SG505 to have balanced output with an amplitude range of +22 dBm to-68 dBm. Option 02 also includes option 01 intermodulation distortion function. A front panel control selects a source resistance of 600. 150, or 50 ohms. I'm not an expert on these units but I connected it to an oscilloscope and everything appears to work and the settings appear to be correct. I haven't had it professionally tested so I'm not guaranting it for accuracy. It was last calibrated in 1985. Formerly used by a large US Government defense contractor. This unit is VERY clean except for two Calibration stickers(on the top and side) and a bit of residue where I removed ... morea"Property Of" sticker(on the top) The front panel is in like new condition with no cracks.
