Here is a Tektronix 2A63. It has been thoroughly tested by our engineer and is guaranteed to be in fine working order and excellent cosmetic condition with little sign of use. As shown in the photos. Only the 2A63 is included in this auction. No cables. Adapters probes or mainframe. Details: The Type 2A63 Differential Amplifier module is designed for use with Tektronix Type 560-Series Oscilloscopes. It has a bandpass of dc to 300 kc or greater and a differential rejection ratio of approximately 50 to 1 or better. Depending upon frequency and sensitivity(Rejection ratios as high as 2000 to 1 can be obtained through the use of two Tektronix Type P6023 attenuator probes) Sensitivity is variable in 14 calibrated steps from 1 millivolt to 20 volts per division of deflection. Tektronix 7A13 Differential Amplifier. DC to 105MHz. As a differential amplifier, the 7A13 provides a balanced(+ and- input for applications requiring rejection of a common-mode signal. The CMRR is 20,000:1 up to 100kHz. As a comparator amplifier, the 7A13 provides a positive or negative offset of up to 10 volts. This precision offset effectively provides a screen height of 10,000 divisions at 1mV/div. The pictures show a 10V offset at 5V/div, offsetting the sine wave input by two major divisions. Tektronix 7A13 Differential Amplifier Module - Not Working/For Parts or Repair
This item is a vertical amplifier plug-in module for a Tektronix 7000 series oscilloscope. The 7A13 is a 100 MHz differential amplifier with a high common mode rejection ratio and a built-in precision adjustable DC reference source. This version is the later type that has an LED digital readout of the reference voltage. This unit does not work. It was working when I acquired it. But stopped working after a few months. When plugged into the oscilloscope mainframe, the mainframe itself will not work. My troubleshooting skills are very limited, but it is my belief there is a short which is pulling the mainframe's-15V supply into current limit. However, I lack the skill to actually determine the source of the problem and fix it. If this does not interest you as a repair project. It may be an excellent source of parts instead.
