The dual temperature controllers seem to work. The values started rising after we powered them on with set points higher than ambient. The variable speed mixer drive runs. It looks like it is designed to have sort of an orbital motion. Not sure the gear assembly at the end of the shaft actually works. The mix chamber lid is shown below.
