And features a lovely hand embroidered floral design with variegated brown flowers accented with green leaves. The edges of the cloth are gently scalloped and edged in light brown. This tablecloth is quite large; it measures 56" wide x 96" in length. It's in good condition; no holes or worn areas. You won't find another like this. I bought this at an estate sale about 2 years from a family of the scientist who had won many awards for his work. Do I know his name. No I don't. At the time I bought this for myself and had no intentions of ever selling it but here I am selling on ebay. I think I need to pay better attention to the people I buy things from in the future. This is one of a kind and if you love Albert this is a must to have. The clothing and the doll itself were all custom made, not sure by who but it's a one of a kind deal and I don't think this was for retail but I don't know that for sure. It measures 11 inches tall in mint condition. It has a wooden stand, it seems who ever made this started with a wire inside and built on that. The likeness is amazing. Lovely Vintage Hand Crocheted Twisted Star Pattern Bedspread/Coverlet/Tablecloth 70 X 94 This is a really lovely example of hand work. Likely from the 1940's or so. I love the"twisted star" pattern used here. I've not seen a pattern like this one before. It is beautifully executed with all of the individual stars being joined to make this lovely bedspread. There is a 6" fringe around 3 sides of this piece which is quite impressive. It's made with a heavier gauge off-white thread like the bedspreads. I detected no stains or breaks here. It's possible I may have missed a small spot or break however. Please keep in mind this hand made piece is vintage and likely over 75 yrs in age! Tonala Mexico Sandstone Pottery Pitcher & Cups - Raised Enamel - Hand Painted
This is a hand made. Hand painted set of Mexican Folk art pottery. It consists of 5 cups and a pitcher. They are sandstone. Each is marked on the bottom"CTA TONALA MEX" the CTA may actually be ETA, but I am not sure. Each cup is approximately 4 5/8" tall, with the pitcher being approximately 8 1/4" tall. The pitcher pictures a bird on a leafy flowered stem. The cups each picture variations of that flowered stem. These are hand painted, so each is different and the lines are not all perfect. The pieces themselves are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks that I have noticed. One of the cups does have a flaw in the sandstone at the inside of the rim, but it is a natural part of the cup. The pictures are done in a raised enamel. This is a very nice set for any collector. Outstanding Civil War Soldier Hand-Colored Photograph
The paper portrait artists who plied their trade during the Civil War serviced ordinary families with sons at war. Traditional oil painted portraits were too costly for most and so the paper portrait became their substitute. Working from an enlarged photographic image. The artists added the colors of life to black and white images. The results could be so life like the were almost eerie. As in most cases. There was a range of talent between the best and the not so best. The painter of the portrait shown here was one of the best. The color of the skin. The details of the face, of the uniform, the reflections on the buttons, even the small shadow under the ring on his finger point to an artist who put more effort into his work then was necessary. 1964 CHEVROLET IMPALA - Inside Hand Painted Snuff Bottle SEAL SIGNED
Up for auction is a beautiful inside hand painted Chinese snuff bottle. Hand painted on the inside of the bottle between January 2000 and December 2002 by a master graduate artist from the Yizi Academy in China. Measuring 3 1/4 inches tall and seal signed by the master artist. Complete with a hand carved spoon attached to the inside removable agate stone top. The bottle comes from my Uncles private estate collection and was special ordered by the him. This is not a mass produced bottle. Only two of any scene were ever painted. Inside painted or sometimes called reverse painted bottles are beautiful masterpieces that are painstakingly done inside the bottle through the small opening at the top of the bottle. The artist takes a fine sliver of bamboo. Used as a paint brush, bends one end and applies the color of paint needed at that time. They ... morethen insert the bamboo sliver into the top of the bottle and paint on the glass inside the bottle. Hours and sometimes days go into a single painting. One mistake and the bottle is destroyed. The artwork is incredible to say the least. Vintage SIGNED 1981 New Orleans bisque mask hand painted Mardi Gras
Up for your consideration is this vintage bisque Mardi Gras decorative mask. It's small. Measuring in at only 5" from the bottom of the chin to the top of the forehead. It is hand painted with gold, black, and pink(for the lips) with a respectable level of detail, and decorated with lace, feathers, and a fake flower. The back is signed but I can't make out the artists name; under the name is"1981/ New Orleans" There are a few condition issues, the most noticeable is a 2" X.5" section off the top right has been broken off. There are also 2 small chips on the back side: one on the forehead, and one on the chin. The feather/flower decoration is still attached but loose and needs regluing. NO RESERVE Thanks for looking!

Vintage La Mode Hand Painted Compact
This vintage La Mode gold tone compact is in excellent condition. There are some minor scratches on the back of the compact. The powder has been removed in order to preserve the metal but the rouge is still intact. The lipstick holders slide easily and the clasp fastens the lid securely. It is complete with both the powder puff and the rouge puff which is a rare find. The interior is free of scratches and discoloration. The mirror is excellent quality and is in very good antique condition with only minor scratching around one section of the slightly beveled edge. This would make an affordable.
