I don’t know too much about this device. But the action on the chain vise portion seems to work fine, and overall the unit seems to be in pretty good used condition. The stand shows some moderate wear from use. Including: There are scuffs. Scratches, minor dings to the stand, plus some chips to the painted portions. There is some surface rust here and there. With some a bit heavier on the feet. There is some caked-on grease and residue here and there on the tool-There are several minor“gouges” from a grinding tool visible on several areas of the work surface. There is an area of“sticker residue” on the top area of one leg. And there is some green spray-paint which has been ... moreapplied to portions of the legs.
