I am offering for sale 2002 Equipt Asphalt Sealcoat rig trailer mounted 550gal poly tank with 100ft hose, reel.And wand 50gal water tank,Blower storage,Honda 13hp compressor. This unit was purchased by my father and has only been operated by myself and brother it is a one owner unit. We have only used cold tar based sealer in this machine. It has been cleaned after every use and been stored inside. Our business has increased so we chose to buy new equipt larger unit. Truthfully only thing we ever replaced was seals on each end agitate auger(3yrs ago) I did replace all small hand valves and put new water pump and hose on. This unit is ready to seal and as you can see from pics it is in awesome condition. You wont find a nicer unit period. Thanks for looking. 500 gallon Seal Rite Sealcoat machine on 24' extended deck trailer with side ramp and 5x5 deck. Rig also has 30 gallon crack melter and 100 lbs propane tank. Tank is mechanically agitated by 5 hp Briggs& Stratton engine. 1.5" dual diaphragm pump powered by 13 hp gas Champion air compressor. Unit has been thoroughly cleaned out and is functioning properly. Selling this weekend for 1150.00 Have a project I'm trying to invest in and need the money this weekend. I feel it should be worth closer to 2.000 like everyone else is pricing there's at but needing the capital. If it doesn't sell by Monday, I'm going to raise the price because I will have missed my investment opportunity. Tank details: 300 gallon refurbished tank. Has 2 inch drain, 2 inch return in the top of the tank and a large lid. Painted oil based yellow. Hand ... moreagitation(manual) inside tank. Has handle for spinning mixer inside. Trailer details: Painted oil base yellow and deck is stained red. Has single axle. Not sure how many pound axle but should more than fine for this tank. Has brakes on axle but they are NOT wired up. New lights and wiring(standard 4 pin flat plug) Railing around front part of the deck, 2 inch receiver. Decent jack on the front of the tongue for raising and lowering. Part of the front of the frame was repaired where it had been damaged, doesn't look too bad and is definitely stronger than it was originally. Damage was from someone mounting a jack to the side if it improperly. Deck could use thicker wood but it should be sufficient. For the price. This unit is very good looking. Plenty of room to carry blower, broom box and should be enough room for a tar melter(if you have one) and the rest of your equipment. Rims are 5 bolt small Ford pattern, which is quite common. Tires will need to be replaced, will be fine to pull home but they're getting some dry rot checking in them. I wouldn't personally keep using them if I was hauling a full load of sealer but should be fine to take home empty. Again. This

You are viewing a used Garlock brand tar pot kettle I have for sale. It was used to pump tar for asphalt rubber roof construction and repair. I think these are also used for patching cracks in asphalt road ways by paving companies. I bought this from a roofing company. They no longer do this kind of roofing so it is for sale. I was told that the last time it was used it worked well. It is full of product- see photo. It has a small gas engine that runs the pump. Because the tank is full of product. It will need to be melted before the engine can be tested. It comes with several sticks of pipe used to convey the product up to the roof. It does not come with any propane tanks. The tires were bad on it so I replaced them with good used ones. It pulls good on the road. I have never used one of these. But it looks complete and in good order. Inc. 8 2 1284 11.1287 0 0 0 Poly Pro Optimax 550 Trailer Mounted Sealcoater It's time to start getting ready for next season and you will not find a better machine than this one to do it with. I bit off more than I can chew with the sealcoating business. I had high hopes when I bought it. But I am to out of shape for working out in the hot sun and I fear for my health. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this machine and it works perfectly. There is only 93 hours on this machine since I bought it. I used it for one season and now she just sits in my yard. What a shame because this is the best sealcoater you will ever own; guaranteed! It has a poly tank with helical agitator blades. So it is almost impossible for them to ever get stuck. If you are a sealcoater, you will know what I am talking about, ... moreif not, why the hell are you even reading this ad? The sealer hose is mounted on a hose real that swivels so you can work to any angle. There is a fresh water system with it's own hose reel and the front of the trailer has a ramped storage area for all your blowers, brooms, cones. There is also a built in brush tank to keep your brushes from drying out. I used the same two squeegees the whole time I had it. It works that damn good. Once the system is pressurized by the Honda engine(the best and you know it and it's electric start) the engine automatically reduces to idle and you can trim in in peace and quiet. Heck, you can shut it off and trim in a huge section before you need to pressurize again. The tires are hardly worn and all the additive that you see on the trailer comes with it. That alone is about a $750 value. Back in the day, I owned Neal and Sealmaster machines and the Poly Pro 550 is off the charts better than those. You have got to check this thing out. Cimline Melter/Crack fill trailer
1999 Cimline 105 diesel melter. Just over 2000 hours. All fluids were changed last season and have about 200 hours on them. Also replaced last season was the burner. Burner nosel and battery. Tires are very good. Has a new hose that was used once. We used the gravity flow option to fill banders. Unit runs as it should with no know issues. Unit is sold as is. It does have a crack in the exhaust manifold that could be welded back together or replaced. Does not effect how the machine runs but it does sound louder because of the crack.
