Very nice vintage RCA Institute RF Signal Generator. From what I can gather. This signal generator was provided as a kit with the RCA Institute training course. RCA made some very good signal generators back in the 1950's and 60's so I would expect that this is a good, basic piece of equipment. Works perfect in all modes. inside of case is loosing some of its fuzzy, I noticed it gets little black specs on meter each time you pull it out. They blow right off.
