These are professional grade deep dish pans and trays. They came from the storage room of a Dominos store I used to work for. The owner was moving and I helped him move. To thank me he let me rummage through everything before he donated it or threw it out. He also told me that these cost.75-$1.00 to have cleaned. They are well seasoned and can be cleaned with oven cleaner as these pans build up grease over time. He told me that when he closed one of the smaller stores a couple years back he thought he might need them again some day but that doesn't appear to be the case.
