We came across a large amount of restaurant equipment and items from a coffee shop that went out of business. This pan is part of that lot. The pan measures 25 ½” x 17 ¾” x 1” Each mould diameter is 5” The material is glazed 22 gauge aluminized steel and is quite heavy for its size. It can make 12 muffin tops/hamburger buns at one time. The pan is in good shape and only light surface scratches are noted. There is a dent in one of the moulds. This pan costs about $150 new on WebstaurantStore.
