It measures approx. 11 1/4" in diameter(add 6 1/4" for the brass handle) x 1" side high(deep) And is in good to very good maintained(used) condition with no dings, dents or bends or bottom wobble, there is no tin lining loss but does have tin darkening from age and use which is to be expected and not offensive. The handle's underside is marked"ITALY" Came from a private collection of some years, however the exact age is unknown. Lot#30: Vintage copper and tin-lined crepe or griddle pan. This crepe or griddle pan is in excellent to good condition. It is Maker's Marked as B&M; Made in Portugal. It is 11.25" in diameter and 1.0" deep. It has a long brass handle measuring 7.0" long with a hole for hanging and a tapered end. The handle is attached three brass rivets. The tin lining is in excellent condition. But does have a dent on the side opposite the handle and a small ding towards the center. The edge of the pan has rolled edge.

Vintage EP on COPPER Crepe pan -- NEVER USED -- FREE SHIPPING
12.00 12.00 Vintage. English Unused EP on Copper Crêpe Pan Rarely seen This is a wonderful example of a vintage EP on copper Crêpe pan in unused condition. Not the usual tin lined fare. It has an 8” diameter and a length of a little over 16” to the handle tip. It weighs more than 1lbs 13 oz. It is a quality piece with the wood handle being attached to the pan via a brass connector. The mirror like finish is. For the most part, unspoiled with minimal signs of its age. There are no worn off areas, gauges, long deep scratches etc. just very small, almost insignificant areas of note. As I cannot get all“deficiencies” to show up on photos I am describing in great detail where I see anything at all. If the handle represents the 6 position on a clock face then there is a slight small(1/16” scratch in about the 6:30 o’clock position 1” ... morefrom center. From photos you can see that there is a slight“ding” in the top of the rim about the 11pm position. There is a“rough to the touch area” at the 6:30 position on the inside just about at the bottom that under magnification seems be very a grouping of very small light scratches. You cannot see it easily but you can feel it. I used an arrow on yellow notepaper to try and highlight the area. There are some small pinhead surface spots that probably just need an extra clean– the surface is not pitted. The copper bottom is for the most part in very good condition just the odd“scuff” A good cleaning could probably cure all its ills! The brass and copper need to be cleaned thoroughly. The handle shows no signs of greasy dirt. kitchen stains” or handling marks. The handle is smooth to the touch and fits comfortably in your hand. This is from my personal collection. I acquired it in Sheffield. England in the early 70’s and although there is no maker mark, I feel very confident it was made there. I have NOT used it. It has been stored either in a cupboard or in storage. I have cleaned it for the photos and for a true condition assessment. This is the ONLY time it has been cleaned

Cordon Bleu 32 Hammered Copper Crepe Pan 12-3/4" Diameter. France Description: Up for auction(no reserve) is this vintage Cordon Bleu 32 hammered copper Crepe Pan. Made in France. It's in excellent structural condition. The interior of the pan shows some discoloration, the cast iron handle has some corrosion as shown. The handle is attached to the pan with three copper rivets. The copper bottom still looks great without any burn marks, it has several scratches. All as shown. The Cordon Bleu mark and the number 32 are incised near the handle, as shown in the second to last image. Approximate dimensions: total length with handle is 16" Length of handle is 13" Pan diameter is 12-3/4" height is almost 1-1/4" It weighs four pounds.
