A genuine original U.S. theatre 3-sheet poster for the 1970 United Artists Release THE BEATLES LET IT BE As with all 3-sheets. This was printed in two sections, which join up about 2/3" down from the top. The poster has not been used. It has remained folded for the past 43 years. The folds are the ones made when the poster was printed. The upper section has 3 vertical folds and 3 horizontal folds. There is a small crimping area on the left vertical fold, between the white frames of the photos of Ringo and George. Apx. 2" vertical. A similar area directly across horizontally across on the lower part of George's hair at the intersection with the right vertical fold. Both of these crimps are nearly invisible even close up. There are two horizontal cracks(1/2" each) on the right vertical fold. Below the white frame of George's ... morephoto. One other 1/2" crack on the same right vertical fold, in George's hair. Takes the pins to connect, surface's are real nice and clean, and no rust on the metal end connectors, just plain nice, nor the surface metal lane strips. To me, they look as if they were never used, just shuffled around a little. One track does have a slight minor error, it has a chipped out place in the edge, or side of the track lip only. The last picture shows this. It's not bad at all, won't affect anything, but wanted you to know about it. These tracks are nice and straight, nice and flat, with no bows or twists. These squeeze sections are a real nice pair and would be a nice addition to someone's track layout. RARE tiny GLOVE COMPACT. From 50 or 60's 2" x 2 1/4" This was Prince Matchabelli Vintage tiny Powder + Rouge Compact with unused make up, This is a wonderful compact. It opens up to show a powder puff. There is a tiny slide compartment that has the loose powder in it. And a metal mirror that reflects. Then the mirror is a door that opens up to a rouge compartment and another powder puff and another side of the metal mirror still gives a reflection for the user. The condition is vintage unused. Everything works very well. The compact is in wonderful condition. It is white with gold crown on cover. The powder puffs are clean and unused and are monogrammed Prince Matchabelli. The loose powder is full. the rouge cake is unused but has a crack down the center. Some of the loose powder has made the inside of the compact dusty with ... morepowder. But can easily be cleaned and shined. It comes in the original Prince Matchabelli box. All this and the size is only 2" X 2 1/4" big. Box has age color to it. Shipping includes insurance. All of the switches worked when I took them off of the layout. I have also gone through all of the track to straighten out the phosphor bronze contacts where they lock together. Camp Lee Va WWI 2 Photos Sections Bayonet Newsletters 1919 Here are the'pictorial Sections' from the January 10 and January 24. 1919 Bayonet newsletters from Camp Lee in Prince Georges County, Virginia. Camp lee was built at the start of America's entry into World War I. It was a mobilization camp and then a training center. A few years after the war, it became a game preserve and it was rebuilt again for World War II. Designated Ft. lee in 1950, today it's a class i installation, and serves as headquarters to the U.S. Combined Arms Support Command, the Army Logistics Management College, U.S. Army Quartermaster Center and School, and the U.S. Defense Commissary Agency among others. These 2 picture sections were published in January. And the Treaty of Versailles ended the war on June 28. One section has photos of Constructions ... moreofficers in charge of building the camp's theatre, The 105th ordnance Company and their dog, the Electrical Department Utilities and Headquarters Transportation, posed in open touring cars and motorcycles, the Post Office personnel, tghe CampAdjutant's Office and the Infirmary. The other has photos of soldiers wounded in France who were recovering at the base hospital, buildings around the camp, the 4 female Camp librarians, road work and the camp exchange store officer in his'Blitzen Benz' Ford car.
