Just got it back from Columbia Powder Coating. Gun was repaired everything else checked out good. Have not used since repaired. I purchased the new model. This system will come with the owner's Manuel, two containers, one hose all the attachments that I got will it when purchased new. This set up cost me over 800.00 new. This was a working unit several years ago. But has been unused since then. The electrostatics are working well but I am unable to test the air regulators or shoot any powder. I am confident that this unit will work fine. If there is a problem. I will allow the unit to be returned but the buyer must pay return shipment The cable appears to be approximately 35ft. The air quick disconnects are included but not the 8mm tubing. The 110V electrical connector is included but you will need to wire a plug to the connector. Awesome units with built in regulators and 100 adjustable KVs. I made a handle for mine from a extra screw on drill handle and I turn the switch on when ready to spray. Eutectic Castolin TeroDyn 3000 Powder Coating System / Gun & TECFLO 5102 Feeder
This listing is for a Eutectic Castolin 5102 Powder Feeder WITH a Terodyn 3000 Thermal Spray Gun. In my description I would like to attempt to explain some things. This entire setup was purchased by my father years ago when he wanted to powder/spray coat his own car parts in his hobby shop. It was gently used on only a few items and then disconnected and stored in his heated garage for the past few years. Unfortunately he has passed away and I do not have his knowledge and expertise to test the system and make it work. SO I did the next best thing. I called Eutectics out in the Midwest and spoke directly to them. I sent the whole system(everything you see in the photos and in the exact shape as they appear in the photos) to them. They contacted me and said the system was operational and functional and that if it was brand new today on the ... moremarket it would cost aprox $20.000. It weighs aprox 75lbs in the box, so it will be somewhat expensive to ship- depending on your location(I am in upstate NY) Because of the shipping price, I have it listed as Not-returnable. This is to ensure that I have an understanding and serious buyer. You will need to know exactly what you are getting into. This is a used item that has been disconnected and packaged up exactly as seen in the photos. and you will need to have faith and time that if you know what you are doing you can make this work. $3500 is an extremely reasonable price for the entire setup(according to a man named Raul Amor at Eutectics in Milwaukee) I am an extremely reasonable woman and have sold a lot of equipment from my father's hobby shop(MIG and TIG welders.
