Took the whole machine down to parts for a full cleaning, sharpening, bluing, wash and repainting. Added a brush retainer to help keep the brush and water away from the frame. Added a recycled water tank, tank support, lower front cover, new brush set and water bottle. Runs like new. I have two of them on my packing line. Single SN: 8BP 0422496 Tip for a longer life. I only use bottled water in all four of my packing machines on my packing line. Clean the brushes as often as you can get your packing crew to do it.
