Vintage industrial stool. Recycled/Upcycled
Vintage industrial recycled/upcycled antique stool. Well this little beauty is made from all recycled materials except the screws that are at the base of the stool. The pedestal is an antique cast iron table or stool base that I got at auction. The base is all salvaged plywood that has been laminated together and shaped to fit the base of the pedestal. The seat is also salvaged laminated plywood that has been covered in used brown and black leather belts in a basket weave pattern. It is adjustable from 16" to 19" The seat measures 14"x12" and weighs in at about 26 pounds. It is a really. Really cool peice. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. This is a set of 3 Disneyland dishes(or bowls or gift baskets) made from used 12" black vinyl record albums. The three albums are Pinocchio(1959) The Arabian Nights(1970) and Story Of Pete's Dragon(1977) These are created in a custom made mold to give the records a true. Uniform bowl shape. I use the same mold to form each bowl, so that even though each one has a distinct look, the size and dimensions are always nearly identical: 3" deep, 9" across at the top, and 5.5" across at the bottom. The labels have not been treated or waterproofed, and the center hole has not been plugged- these are not intended to hold liquid or wet items. After the effects loop the signal enters the reverb circuit which has a control for the depth of the reverb. The reverb can be turned off with the reverb cancel switch which allows for use of the entire circuit as a preamp minus the reverb effect. Brass Recycled Letters that spell "CARS"
Custom made(not stamped) recycled Brass Sign Letters that spell"CARS" These are solid. Heavy, glossy letters, not like the newer thinner kind made in China. The"C" is 7" tall and the other letters are about 6" tall and almost 1/2 inch thick. There's slight scratches, but th ey can be buffed out and then re-coated with a clear coat. Just one of these letters would have cost $ 125.00 new. These make great man cave letters. Sorry about the reflections in the photos. Brass picks up the colors around it. Selling as-is.
