This is a lightly used glue system used to melt low temperature sticky glue.It is approximately 2 years old and works perfectly. System consist of the glue tank. 4 hoses, 4 glue modules, 8 glue heads. 2 of the hoses, glue modules and 4 glue heads are only a few months old. System was set up to run on 220 VAC. Guns are pneumatic and firing was controlled by a PLC. I do have a nordson EPC-15 control unit that I will include but do not know the condition because we were not using it.

The concept of having two inserters was to insure that at least one of them was functioning properly when needed two or three times during a week. The second unit functioned as insurance and as a source of spare parts if needed in a hurry. With a little loving care they probably can again be reliable machines. Letter size 8 ½” x 11” sheets can be letter-folded 3 ¼” to 4 ¼” high or half-folded 3 ¼” to 6” high. Small inserts 6 7/8” to 8 ¾” wide x 3 1/8” to 4 1/8” high can be handled. Martin Yale 121700 Auto Folder For sale- a Martin Yale Auto Folder Model 121700. This is about the same size as the Martin Yale 1217A. And in looking at current listings it isn’t uncommon for sellers to call this model a 1217A. But there are differences. I just don’t know what they are. The 1217 has a knob on the side that the 121700 does not. But I have no idea what that knob does. This thing is in very good shape physically. Except that the second fold piece inexplicably has some rust on it as pictured. I feel certain that could be sanded down and given a shot of spray paint and probably be good as new. But I will leave that bit of work to you. Once I figured out where the second fold piece went and got the settings right the machine was able to fold a number of trifolds as pictured. But I also got some misfeeds as well. I have almost zero ... moreprior experience with these things. So no doubt some adjustments can be made and no question that the rollers need to be cleaned. I don’t have a manual so once again I will leave that bit of maintenance to you. I am guessing that this piece would be a better purchase for someone who knows their way around the machine rather than a novice like me. Untested other than as described and pictured. And NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it.
