There does not appear to be any more scratches or digs on the sign unless they are faint, what you may see as scratches or creases is just the shrink wrap being messed up. A temperature control knob with settings from 10 to 100 controls the temperature of the upper plate, and there are indicator lights for the heater and press motor.
