Used Marsh Ultra Paper Tape machine

The control buttons have a piece of tape holding the plate on as seen in the first picture. This is because both screws are broken. Could be filled. Drilled, and tapped and new screws but a lot of hassle for a machine that works. I do not have a manual for this but I am sure you could download from Marsh.com to find out how to keep this Ultra running as good as it is now. I have a BP555S on another auction if you prefer that model. I also have spare parts listed if you desire to repair your own. Also included an extra water bottle. 1940s-1950s Paper Haband Tape Measure-Paterson 2, NJ 49" for Mens Slacks by Mail
Up for Grabs Cool Advertising/Sewing/Paper/Clothing Collectible Piece Haband Mailed Paper Tape Measure Based on styling this appears to be early post WWII era(1940s-1950s) but could be earlier. I am not an expert. The paper shows some darkening in spots and the"Y" in"Company" has a worn spot. But the logo on the inside is MINT. I don't know if this was ever used, because it looks like it has been folded up forever. I think the darkening is from being stored in a place that had pencils because that is what the darkening looks like. I didn't open it fully for a photo because I didn't want to harm it. It does seem to be structurally perfect though(don't know how to judge paper) It is made from a card stock like paper and the color reminds me of the"manila" paper we used in school back in the mid-century. ... moreThis piece is a 49" folded tape measure that was mailed by the company to customers to determine their correct size. At first they sold only ties and quickly grew to include all types of menswear- all sold via the mail! It was a genius business model that still thrives today. They were housed in Paterson. N.J. back then- the headquarters is now in Mahweh, N.J. and in addition to mail order(they were always in those ads mailed to our house when I was growing up) they now have a thriving website and sell all kinds of products- check them out! This is a lot of 3" brown paper tape and a vintage tape dispenser. Please read this description completely and view all pictures carefully before placing bids. Dispenser: The dispenser is missing the water tray. However. I didn't have the heart to throw it away because I have a love for old things(and keeping usable things out of the landfill) It would be a great project for someone with the skills and knowledge. Paper Rolls: 5 of the rolls measure 7 1/2" in diameter. They were stored in an out building and I noticed a couple of spots that I think are probably water spots. The paper is not wrinkled so I don't think it goes beyond the surface- I didn't want to unroll the tape to find out for fear of damaging the tape.

This system was used by the US Army and by newspaper war correspondents for transmitting information in Morse at high speed over radio circuits. By way of background. This is related to the high speed automatic transmission of radio-telegraph signals in International Morse Code. In this system, a typewriter-like tape perforator(Boehme, Creed, McElroy or Teletype) punches the Wheatstone code in a paper tape, which is then run at high speed through a keying head or reader, to key a CW radiotelegraph transmitter. Vintage Desk Set With Pen, Stamps,Paper Clips, Tape Dispenser
This very old desk set is made of an early plastic. Not to be confused with bakelite. It has stamp and tape dispensers and a place for paper clips. Also a pen holder with the original ballpoint pen. Pen does have some slight rust on the gold-colored decoration and would need a new ink refill to be functional(no doubt dried up from age) It still has the original instruction paper. Please note that one side of the box has some damage. I have listed this item as used because I did not acquire it as new, but from my observation it appears to never have been used. Would make an excellent piece to display on an antique desk. Box measures 7 1/4" x 4" x 2" so the desk set would be only slightly less.

"Processor Technology OS" on paper tape for Imsai/Altair/S100/8080/Z80 etc
It says it is'Processor Technology Microtech Operating System. 6-20-76 7&8 Bit Ascii no Parity' and its on yellow paper tape, originally used on my uncle's Altair(so it should work with a similar Imsai/S100/8080/Z80 etc, depending upon if its for z80 or 8080) There are 2 tapes included- one is probably 8 bit and the other is probably 7 bit. I'm guessing its the'Microtech' operating system from Processor Technology. May be binary. May be source, don't know. But I'd guess binary) But I could be wrong. So all I'm promising is that the tape says all that stuff on it. I cannot read paper tapes, not having a reader. Anyway. It can be yours! International Buyers- I use the eBay global shipping program. End of a roll of punch paper tape. 2 1/2 inches across. 3/4 inch width. Inside piece is plastic. This was used on an Eliot 803 machine. Great for a computer collection.
