And is mounted on a stainless steel cabinet with a chiller inside. The second unit is a 1kw 115v model lm3344-03. unit powers up and was tested with the same hand piece but did not appear to work with a quick run through, thus it is included as a parts machine, no chiller. There are two hand held water cooled induction heads, one of which will require one hose to be replaced due to a split in the hose. Up for bid: A used Signode RCD-3431 steel banding sealer. This is used for 3/4" steel banding. The crimper is in used good. Working condition. There are scratches, very light surface rust and some wear from the crimper being set down. There is a small round peg on one side, that has a piece chipped of it. The peg acts as a guide and a catch for the handle. The peg will move side to side, but does not affect the operation of the tool. I used this tool almost daily for about two years after the peg chipped off, and had no problems with crimping seals. Vintage Industrial/ Commercial Bostitch Foot Operated Carton Stapler. The machine seems to operate fine. I uploaded some pics of some staples I put in a cardboard box. When I step on the pedal. Everything is smooth and easy. The only thing I question is that after pushing the pedal to insert a staple, another staple doesn't automatically load. You have to manually slide the row of staples forward to load the next one. I don't know if it is missing a spring or if it supposed to be that way. I have used similar equipment that was designed to make you manually load it so you couldn't go too fast and possibly get injured, so I am not sure. This is a mechanical unit. Everything works fine and it comes with a brand new roll of film. The heat wires have a piece of wire mesh rolled over them and the foam contacts could use refreshing. All low cost items if you want to change or replace. There is enough mesh to re-cover all surfaces if you'd like. You should be familiar with this machine before purchase. Sold As you see it.
