This unit was left to me in a estate of personal belongings. I don't think the unit was ever used. As visable in the last photograph. If you will notice that when the tension handle is pushed all the way down to the roller, witch actuates the cutting mechanism, there has been no wear marks of the roller contacting and rolling along the handle as it does in it's performance. This function works perfectly. The cutting blade shows no signs of use, sharp. There is no damage, stains,scratches. The tool works smoothly, no play, like new. This is a PUNCH-LOK TENSIONER. Sometimes called FAST-LOK. Made in U.S.A. Strapping and hose clamp tensioner. Model: P 1. I believe this style is used for bundling round items. As well as boxes, hose clamps etc. Ratcheting the handle pulls the strapping for tensioning. The knurled jaws are excellent condition. I tryed it with some 1/2" steel strapping I had. Tensioned it around a can, got it so tight it started to crush it. There is a built in dimpler/lock punch for locking the strap tight after tensioning. About 13" long as shown in picture. There are a total of 10 clamps included. 3 different size hose clamps. I looked this up in the WWGrainger book. Item number 2LPK4, sells for $301.75, AND this is for a tool made in Taiwan.
