There is a very unusual disclaimer inside the handle- could make it very rare: This tool is the property of Signode Steel Strapping Co. Under no circumstances will it ever be sold. The right of use thereof is expressly reserved. Unless and only to the extent, surrendered by a separate license. We've never seen a disclaimer like that.
