E-Stop Switch Lexan Guarding around Heater plate(with microswitch so that machine can NOT be run without the guard in place) Great Plains Packaging Systems has been a Visual Thermoforming Authorized Distributor for years. We know these machines inside and out. This particular machine came in to us with a broken lexan guard. A bad main seal air cylinder, loose wiring(probably from bouncing on a truck) burned out light bulbs, A leaking ... moreair pressure regulator, a broken flow control on the table rotation cylinder, and a broken cycle switch. We took this machine apart and cleaned her up inside& out. A new($750) Numatics brand air cylinder was installed to replace the"Waircom" cylinder that runs the heater plate up and down. This was a significant upgrade, as the factory"waircom" cylinders are VERY expensive to rebuild, when its time for a seal kit. The Numatics cylinder costs about $100 for a complete rebuild kit when the time comes. This NEW cylinder will have a lot of years of use before needing anything. A NEW Lexan heater guard was installed and the safety switch behind the guard was tested. The leaking air regulator was swapped out with a Non-Leaker and the cycle switch was replaced with NEW as were the light bulbs for"heater ready" and"Cycle on" The broken flow control on the table rotation speed air cylinder was replaced with NEW. All of the wiring was gone through and secured to the proper connection terminals. She was then connected to air pressure and 220 volt power and thoroughly tested"dry cycling" for a minimum of 500 cycles. The table rotation s

This is an item that I purchased from a local chefs at a casino. He bought it with the intention of using it but due to the fact that he does not have a Haccp plan local inspector's would not allow him to use it. For the four years that I have owned it it was only used for vacuum sealing fresh cut steaks to go for customers. The item is clean and in good working order with the exception of the toggle switch that is pictured in the listing. From time to time it seems that this switch will foul and will not start the vacuum cycle. It is a quick and easy repair but my instructions are to get rid of the equipment.

Lexington Kentucky Dug Yellow Ware Canning Crock Wax Sealer Jar 1870's Antique
Here is a nice Yellow Ware canning crock I dug in a 1870's era privy in downtown Lexington Kentucky. It is in great clean condition. The only issues are two small chips on the inside rim where it looks like someone pried the wax off. The is a spot on the outside rim that at first glance looks like a chip but it is a little dent that has glaze over it so it was done when it was made. It has only been rinsed off. There is a little bit of dirt residue in the bottom but it will come out. This jar is 5 1/4 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. This is a great early piece of Americana.
