Was made by the Atlas Plywood Corporation for the Victor Talking Machine Company about 1921. It has the well known advertisement showing Nipper the dog listening to"His Master's Voice" while staring curiously at a Victor Talking Machine. The panel is typical of the thin plywood(3/16" that covered framing crates this old. It has slight warping, wear to the edges, and light surface cracks that are exaggerated in the close-up photos. On the back you can see the lighter areas where the internal framing boards were located. The word VICTOR is pressed into the wood in red. The rest of the printing is in black. Both the Victor advertising and the advertising for Atlas Plywood read: REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. ... morebut neither have a patent number. However, I did find an old add from 1921 that showed Atlas Plywood Corp. making these crates for Victor. The panel displays beautifully and is suitable for framing. DMC 260PD-2BG Vac Sealer 2-Bar w/Gas I use to own a restaurant and we were going to use it to package and resale our food. WE sold the business before we could use it. I did less then 20 test bags on it. The reason I bought this model was it can do liquid's and 2 bags at once. This sealer can seal LIQUIDS. Yes you can put a bag of soup. Beans, gumbo, spaghetti sauce, water etc. and it will seal it. Works Great. Also has a Gas Flush Option. This allows you to replace the air in your package with an inert gas from your regulator-equipped gas bottle. So finished product is oxygen free, yet contents are not"sucked down" under pressure. Just like a bag of potato chips. Same thing. The video below is a single bag sealer. The one I have is a 2 bag sealer where you can seal 2 bags at once if you desire. You can also seal several narrow ... morebags at once by placing them side by side. I have over 2.000 of bags also free to you. Most bags are the BOIL bags which mean you can just take out freezer and put in boiling water to heat food. Boil bags" Soup just put in boiling water for 5 or 10 minutes and ready to eat.
