From the Logan Grocer Company in Prescott. Arkansas. At least that is where you sent the covers or labels to get your premium gifts from this product. Logan's Blue Gold Series Loose Leaf Filler. Fourteen pages with blue tipped tops. The scans show the blue lines on the pages broken but the are solid on the actual pages and could be used in a classroom today. I had to choose years for this product and I just guessed and am clueless to the actual time period. Condition: the cover that holds the pages together is a bit stained and the back has a small tear. A couple of the pages have water marks on the lower right lower points but the others look fine to me.
