4” Impulse Heat Sealer (Bag Sealer): Model TISH-100
FOR SALE: Used Impulse Heat Sealer. TEW Electric Heating Co. LTD. Model TISH-100. 4” bag sealer. Adjustable timer, 110Volt AC, 180 Watts. This sealer is in working condition but shows signs of wear from regular use. The insulated ribbon that covers the heating element is eroded on one end. I adjusted the ribbon such that it does not impair the operation. But it will need to be replaced eventually. I have used this sealer for over 20 years and never had a problem with it other than replacing the heating element and insulated cover ribbon. A replacement parts kit is available from McMaster Carr for $10.26. Price of a new sealer from McMaster is $72.50. I no longer have a need for this unit since I purchased a 12 sealer about 5 years ago.

This is an Aline STS-7 Series Heat Sealer. Originally purchased and used for sealing of polyethylene squeeze tubes(like the kind for lotion. Cream, toothpaste, etc. Can be used to seal plastic tubes, plastic bags, and many other applications.The sealer has a seven inch band element and works as a thermal impulse sealer. The unit combines pressure, heat and cool time to assure water tight, moisture tight seal. More than one polyethelene tube can be sealed if you desire. It is not uncommon to seal 2-3 tubes at a time. This used Heat sealer is in very good condition however there are two issuse that will need repaired. 1-The cord to the 10" heater bar was cut off. I spliced it together to test and it works fine. As you can see from the orange glow in the first picture. I also tested the timer and it works fine. 2-The base is missing two stickon feet. Serial# 3297-1.
