SIEMENS Liquid Filling Machines (Lot of 2)
The eight head filler machine in on a 5 feet conveyor and attached to a 8 1/2 feet conveyor. The six head filler machine in on a 7 feed conveyor with a 14 feet conveyor and a 42 round loading table. These machines will fill 60-80 bottles a min. depending on the size of bottle. This machine was special made in 2006 by manufacture AME. I am unable to locate serial number on machines. I think due to the fact is was a special order machine. These two filling machines were bought brand new for $87.000 and only used for a couple of months. This is a Large. Clear Glass, Old Gasoline Filling Station Jar w/ Lid, with a"Gulf" emblem on the front side. Reproduction of the old glass jars they would have had on the counter at the old filling stations back in the day. Great piece with many uses for a store, gas station, tire or repair shop counter for candy or business card or great for a mancave ~ garage! It is excellent shape with no chips, cracks or damage whatsoever aside from a little wear on the bottom section of the gulf emblem. See photos. Cavalla SS Two-Line Piston Filler w. Diving Filling Heads for tube & tubs - tube
Up for auction is a Stainless Steel Cavalla two-line piston filler with diving filling heads for tubes or tubs. The machine is designed to turn each tub for swirl filling. Date of manufacture is 2006 and the machine has had little use on it. It comes with two piston fillers one feeding the tub on each side which is indexed on its own conveyor. The piston fillers feed the product through hoses to the diving filling heads. Each tub is rotated by its own driver but can be bypassed if swirling of product is not needed. The diving heads can be adjusted for the depth of the container. The pistons are driven by pneumatic cylinders and the fill size can be easily adjusted up to 8 OZ fill size.
