Rework table PCB Martin IRF-04 Hot-Air-04 DHP-04 Clever Dispense SMT This Rework system consists of a IR underheater. Double headed placer, hot-air control unit and hot air pen, and dispensor system. System can be used for proto-typing, repair, service or small scale production of circuit boards. The infrared 2400W underheater, double headed placer and hot air pen can be controlled with either a PC or the included hot-air control unit. The hot-air unit can manually control the other devices or can run presaved programs which includ soldering and desoldering functionality. Theh hot air unit and underheater were paritally test run and functioned very well. The pick and place arm can be cylced up/down/over along with turning on the vacuum and air solenoids. USED Hot Air Reflow SMD Rework Station from NU-Concept. HART 200 A provides a hot air to both the top and bottom on the PCB at the same time. Two stainless steel tubes. One on the top and one on the bottom, can be independently positioned to deliver the hot air to the exact spot on the PCB. The temperature of each hot air flow is also independently adjusted so no overheating or scorching of the pcb will occur. Eithe tube can be fitted with an air choke(see the pictures showing round plates with different aperture shapes in the center) to accomodate for the shape and size of a components. The chokes can be removed completely and this will allow for heating of broad area of the PCB. The AC motor delivers constant flow of the air to both sides of the PCB but you can retract one of the tubes and direct the air flow just to one side. After the ... moreparts on the PCB are removed or replaced. The toggle switch allows to change to the cooling mode and gradually lower the temperature of the PCB to avoid thermal stress and mechanical deformation of the PCB and prevent cracks of the solder joints. The PCB is firmly positioned in a special holder and can be easily moved while working on several components at the time. Even a very large PCB can be mounted in the holder. The simple user instruction is printed on the plate located at the base and will help to set up the right temperature if the operator is not familiar with the process. However. The machine is very easy and intuitive to use and require only the basic knowledge of the reflow process. There is only one toggle. 3-position switch labeled OFF-COLD-HOT and two potentiometers for the temperature adjustment. That's it! The paperwork that was with it claimed that it was in good condition. And was replaced by a newer model. This appears to be the original first generation of the A.P.E. Flo-Master units. I could not find much on this. From the photos of the newer ones it appears that there may a part of the X&Y axis table missing. I am including photos of the entire unit so that you can view the item from all angles. Also. The little suction tip is loose and moves around, although the air/ suction works great when the machine is turned on. Maybe it is supposed to be loose. I am not sure.
