Another HOT Mama! This is a propane/mapp gas torch you will want for hot projects. Like smelting. Casting, and jewelry use, it really has a LOT of utility. It has a 4 foot hose and the nozzle is omni-directional = use it from ANY angle. It melts, reduces or oxidizes depending on the flux you use, metals like gold and silver and will do a fine job on PMC burn out. It isn't quite hot enough for platinum but will certainly throw enough heat for brazing steel forgings, iron castings and the like. It carries a 60 day guarantee and I can safely say you will be happy with the purchase. I use one for in-line annealing on my rolling mill where the solders become brittle. Vintage Gas Oxygen Acetylene Welding Torch Set by Griesheim
For your consideration is this oxy-cetylene gas welding torch set by Griesheim. This is a precision made set by a German company that as near as I can tell practically invented the gas mixing. Cutting and welding processes that we know today. The set contains 2 heads, 5 larger and 4 smaller tips as well as 2 different tools in a fitted wooden box. Everything appears to be in good working order with no obvious condition issues. One small wooden block has come unglued in the case. Otherwise everything looks ready to use. Very Nice Antique Smith Torch Set - WWII Submarine Yard ? No Reserve
More of the"back room stuff" Going to be cleaning out a lot of misc parts from both motorcycle shop and 4wd shop gathering dust over the years. This is a very nice early Smith's torch set. I have had it since the late 60's and before that it was my grandfather's. He told me it came from the WWII sub building yard in CT. You will know better than I. Has all the tips with it and notice that the tips still have the original thread protector caps. Very cool set. Sold as is as you see it.

Smith torch setup with regs and flashback preventers. I believe the torch was used in the past 6 months to do some cutting on a truck bed but I cannot be 100% that it is the one we used so I am selling all of it as is untested. Eutectic Eutalloy Metallizing Gas Welding Repair Torch Set Kit Surface Alloying
I have been told that this is a very useful set of welding material for situations of repairing metal and adding material as need in worn areas. The set is in good original condition. Included is also a new replacement tip for the torch. I have included close up pictures so you can see how much contents remains in each of the Eutalloy containers. From what I understand the powder contents I have included are worth at least $200 all by themselves. I am selling the whole set as pictured. The flux container has rust on top but is full of flux material contents. If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
