Uses 4"AA" batteries which are not included. I did not have a Minolta camera to try and mount it to so I'm not sure if it will work the way it is, or if the mount will need to be replaced. Native American--Mohawk-- beaded boot/shoe
Great piece of beadwork from the Niagra Falls area probably at the turn of the 20th century. All the beads seem to be intact with the exception of one small missing piece at the bottom of the right toe. Not really noticeable. The back is in good shape with the usual signs and stains of use or storage. The background velvet on the front is in very good condition and the beadwork is really nice. Up for sale is a personal workhorse flash; a Sunpak Auto 433AF Thyristor. Type NE. Takes 4 AAs; Alkaline and NiMH work well. This bad boy has been modified to work with digital Nikon bodies. Two of the pins have been super glued in-place. So the firing pin fires the flash. This is possibly reversible, but if you are going to use it on an external trigger(wired or wireless) it's best to leave as-is. This theoretically should work on all bodies that use the center pin for firing. See third picture for detail. Works well. Little corrosion in the battery compartment. But easily cleaned or filed.
