Includes stand as shown. Weight is approx. 37lbs(excluding stand) It appears to be old with scaring typical of an aged piece. This weight is referenced in the Rick Nidey& Don Lawrence Windmill Weight Guide as weight#70. The published weight& dimensions appear to be accurate. 2 small holes have been drilled in the bottom edge of the weight so that it sits on the steel stand pegs. Listing is for a counter balance weight used on a Flint& Walling windmill regulator produced by The Flint& Walling Mfg. Co. of Kendallville. IN. It appears to be old with scaring typical of an aged piece. The weight is not listed in the Rick Nidey& Don Lawrence Windmill Weight Guide but is identified in parts list for the regulator. Dimensions are approx. 3" X 2" X 18" Includes pivot strap as shown for no additional charge. If you don't want the strap I can ship the weight for $7.
