COMMENTS/CONDITION: I purchased this amazing unit approximately 25 years ago at the estate sale of a local business man/ serious electronics collector. This has remained undisturbed in my climate controlled. No pets, non smoking home ... moreever since. I have never plugged it in to test it until this week. I moved the unit outside so I could take the pictures in the daylight. So any imperfections would clearly be visible. As you see in the attached photos, the exterior of the case has numerous scuffs and light wear. There are no cracks, bad rips in the covering material, or dented corners. The original lid is still with the unit( many of the lids to these vintage Rek O Kut units have been discarded or missing) The lid fits snugly, and the carrying handle is in great condition- no rot or heavy wear. Both latches work fine. I have not tried to clean or touch up the outside. It is much as it was when I first bought it. The inside of the lid is clean and undamaged. The accessory carrying pouch is in great condition and the snap closure works fine. Original speaker appears very good with no noticeable cone damage. The unit itself is in very clean. Well cared for condition. No cobwebs, insect infestations, stains, water damage, rust or rot. Attached factory metal ID tags are in excellent condition and easily readable. It is difficult to see the numbers in the pictures, so I will print them out. The"Challenger"

Here we have a GX500 Vinyl cutter for sign making etc. This machine is used and in perfect condition.It has hardly any surface scratches/blemishes what so ever. In fact it looks like it just came out of the box. I have used this to fabricate vinyl for my sign company and have maintained it regular. Runs and operates perfectly. Vinyl stays on track and have run a 50 yard roll with no problems. This machine will take a 48" roll of media and cut with precise accuracy. I am including the OEM vinyl front and rear basket which keeps all dirt and debris free of the vinyl which can contaminate the blade and internal components. This unit was used as a demo during a trade show and purchased from a rep on eBay in 2009. It has been sitting, unopened, in my living room since its arrival. It has not been subjected to any abrasive handling since. My dog peeled some of the cardboard on the box when he was a pup. I will tape that up prior to shipping.
