This item has been used in our kitchen to hold chicken wings on one side and vegetables and pizza toppings on the other side. Temperature was monitored with food grade thermometers and keep temp even while in the hot kitchen over the summer. The outside need to be cleaned up if you plan on using as display cooler but nothing major. We had in our kitchen after local distributor gave us a cooler.
