Built by Assembly Technology& Test in Michigan. I couldn't find a date on it but I think its pretty new from the condition. The press is set up with a three position indexing table. Slides side to side. Previous user was pressing bearings into somthing. I was going to strip it down. Taking off all the sensors and the table to make it a simple press. But its such a nice piece maybe someone could use it with some modifications that I left it together. In order to use it in its pressent form you will have to get a Allen Bradley L55 processor with ENBT communication module. That will connect to the controller in the cabinet. You will also have to program it. When I picked it up I didn't realise the processor was in another cabinet that I didn't get. Everything runs on 110 volt. I powered it up and everything lights up. The three ... morelight curtains function. Both sides and front of press. Without the processor I had to manually activate the air valves to run the cylinder up and down. Ran smooth and quiet. The TOX Powerpackage is a air over hydraulic cylinder. First one I have had. Its a pretty slick set up. Check out there web sight for details The model type is S30.200.20D-US The S30 stands for 31.1 ton at 90 psi 200 is the stroke 7.87" 20 is the power stroke.787" There are two air valves that control the cylinder. One runs the fast approch at 1483 lbs force. The second brings in the power stroke at 31.1 tons. Return force is 2079 lbs The power stroke comes in automaticly when the resistance is met. The cylinder is rated at 145 psi but they are only running it at 90 psi. Its a little over 10' tall. I can take the cylinder off for shipping so it will fit in a standard trailer. I'm 10 miles west of Milwaukee if you would like to inspect or pickup. There is also a light fixture that goes on the machine. We are selling one of two heated platen 4-post hydraulic Bruno presses in this sale. These presses have a heated 72x60"surface area with 48" of daylight. The down acting cylinder has 48" of actual travel. Both presses have shuttling bolsters meaning the entire lower heated platen can move out of the press via a chain drive. This feature is one of the best allowing molds or dies to be mounted and fixtured easily. In this sale you have a choice of either press system. They both have Allen Bradley Slick 500 PLC Controllers. They both have Incredible heated platens purchased new in 2011 from Venango. The heated and cooled platens cost $150K per press(set) and are capable of heating from ambient to 850 degrees F in 15 minutes. Each press has 24 touch screen programmable zones. Each platen also has 1.00" thick Cogetherm-M insulator ... moreplates which cost about $10K per press new at this size. These presses were set up for a composite molding project and not used more than a few hundred cycles on one and the other was never put on line or in production at all. Mead One Quarter Ton Arbor Press AP-42P with full custom built pneumatic controls. Colman pressure gauge. Plastic guard, hose and foot control switch are included. The press has been only been cycled about 600 times. It was used for a small prototype production run. No longer need the press. It worked great for the project. The 2 valves control the speed of the cylinder in both up and down strokes. The regulator controls the input pressure. We had some very precise work to do on delicate electronic boards. The pressure control in both directions gave us a minimal bounce and exceptionally smooth operation overall.
