This is an external overriding thermostat for use with a fridge or freezer to maintain exact temperature control. It can be used to modify a chest freezer in order to lager beer or to build your own kegerator. The appliance plugs into the controller. The controller plugs into a standard 120V outlet. The temperature probe goes inside the appliance. Temperature set point range is 20F- 80F. The thermostat features a 4 degree differential.
