This knife could be used as decoration. Or? It's very sharp, and measures 9.5 inches top to bottom. It measures approx. 6.5 inches across the handle. Weighs approx. 1.25 lb. Up for sale is a counter depth Traulsen Ultra French door refrigerator and freezer with icemaker. The unit is a URO36-DT. It is both. A built in and freestanding refrigerator, meaning that like a Sub-Zero or Miele, it goes in flush to create a seamless look, or it can be freestanding, meaning one or both sides are exposed, as it is finished 360* in stainless steel. In addition to being completely stainless outside, the interior, door bins, crisper drawers, inside walls, ice bin, all ball-bearing rollers are also made entirely of stainless steel. The unit has two separate cooling systems, each designed to maintain temperatures uniform temperatures. There is nothing electronic on this unit, and all the controls are manual thermostats, with the defrost cycle being ran by a timer. The dimensions are 35¾" wide, 24" deep, and 84" ... moretall. The unit is in very good shape cosmetically and mechanically. To give you a little more background, Traulsen was a manufacturer of high end commercial refrigeration equipment, until they were purchased by Hobart. They were the Rolls Royce of commercial refrigerators, and had designed a line of high end residential refrigerators in the early 90's. These were made with commercial grade, 16 gauge stainless steel, separate cooling systems, but designed to fit into any modern, or classic kitchen design. Because they were designed of commercial refrigeration systems, they are simple to service, and parts are readily available from different vendors. Since then, Traulsen was purchased by Hobart, and to cut costs, this line has gotten discontinued, and all of their other products suffered cost cutting. Since then, Sub-Zero has successfully copied this design with the PRO line of their units, with the thick louvered grill, full stainless wrap, commercial hinges and handles, but the quality of materials and finish is nowhere to be compared.
