Vintage Brass Spraying Systems Co. Gun Jet Gunjet model 43. Fire fighting.
For your consideration: A vintage brass and aluminum spray gun. Gunjet, or gun jet, made in the USA by jSpraying Systems Co. of Wheaton Illinois. I hooked this up to my pressure washer yesterday and it works fine. The only issue is the spring on the trigger needs to be replaced as it doesn't fully seat and just a tad of water still trickles out the nozzle when you release the trigger. This is a very old sprayer with a patent date of 1960 stamped into the inlet. Unit has a small diameter jet on the end that is a small, strong stream. Unit from what I saw on the website of spraying systems co. could be used for many purposes. My buddy likes the short length 21 1/2" overall as compared to newer 3 ft or more long wands. New 22" models cost $180 and still have the same look. I guess if it aint broke, don't fix it! Brass model ... moreis much more durable for the long haul. Has on/off trigger control. I believe this is the 200 PSI unit and not the 800 psi. Nice old or vintage unit that could be used as is, easily repaired for no leakage whatsoever, or displayed as a neat a neat looking antique.
