Graco/Glascraft MX Plural Component Proportioner for Spray Foam or Polyurea
This is a used Graco-Glascraft MX 3000 psi proportioning pump for the application of polyurea or spray foam insulation. It has 185 or 200 feet of heated hose. But the isocynate hoses needs replacement. If the buyer wishes me to do so I'll rebuild the hoses at cost. It comes with a working Probler gun and enough parts for one or two more guns and a recirculation block. Transfer pumps are not included. The MX uses an air motor and requires a minimum of a 40 cfm 120 psi compressor. It has 4000 watt heaters and a heated hose. Requiring a 15 kw generator. This proportioner has served me well for almost 10 years of use spraying polyurea but I recently upgraded to a newer rig. It was in working order the last time I used it. Before removing it from service I flushed all isocynates from the system then cleaned the iso side by recirculating iso-neutralizer ... morefollowed by heated Dynasolv CU-6 and then filled it with hydraulic oil for storage. I also replaced the shaft on the air motor and have done other maintenance work on the rig. This pump is ugly- anyone who works with polyurea or foam rigs realizes that in time they get that way in time because of the chemicals that they are used with. But it works and the price is right. It's a good starter rig for someone on a budget. Even though it is listed as local pickup only I will put it on a pallet and assist with freight shipping if the buyer requests it.

A $600 value) Used for one Job. I built a 700 sq ft work shop and insulated the walls. Ceiling and floors myself. This machine works great! Spraying the 1/2 pound foam is a joy, excellent yield compared to froth paks(pressurized tank systems) that i have used in the past for other jobs. Spray Foam Robot
Up for auction is the Silver Eagle Spray robot. These machines are for spraying polyurethane foam on roofs. They were purchased several years ago for a job and used very little. The have been sitting and may need some TLC but in working condition. The gun mount is set up for a Probler. Probably can be modified for GX7 or Fushion. Comes with wind screen frame.
