You are looking at some vintage Boy Scout items. They are as follows: Troop 40 Algonquin Flag- it measures 18-1/2" across by 19" down. I can not find any writing/ markings on it other than what is pictured on the front. It has a tiny hole(about the size of a double pin dot) about an 1" above the"A" towards the edge. There is also what looks like pencil marks/ lines on it. Sash with an Arrow on it. It has a snap closure on on end. It is in great shape. But it is a bit dirty from storage. It measures about 24-1/2" long. I can not find and writing/ markings on it. There is nothing on the other side. Order of the Arrow- Information for New Members Pamphlet- it has yellowed a bit with age. But it looks like it has seen very little use. It is copyright 1968 and measures 5" by 3-1/2" Pin with an Arrow on it- ... moreIt measures 2-1/8" long by 5/8" tall. It is in nice shape. Sticker- on the back it says- Aqua-Cal Universal Badge Cat. No. 3482 then has instructions on how to use. The sticker is not in the best of shape. Found these at a yard sale this weekend and thought someone should give them a proper home in a collection somewhere. Not sure if they are WWI or WWII as I see conflicting info in my research. Flags measure 16" x 10" and the red squares are approx 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" they are not exactly the same- points to being hand made Flag sticks or poles are 18 3/4" long and nearly an inch in diameter There are hems sewn around the outside of the flags They are not bright white as some of the flash photos show but are more of a dingy white They have seen some use as one has a few holes and both have stains.
